Spent nearly $200 per night for a room while on vacation. Our original room was so hot and the air conditioner did not work. We were traveling with 3 kids so we needed 3 beds. They moved us to a single king and offered a fold out bed. The fold out was a twin so that wouldn't work. Ended up with another room and separated. The next night they had moved us into the room we initially booked with 3 beds and a working air conditioner. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the service but we were not even offered anything off from our stay or points back for IHG. I would avoid.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I stayed at this hotel for one night. When I arrived, they told me that there was someone in my room. I waited in the lobby for what seemed like an insubstantial amount of time (5-10 minutes) so this was no big deal. The next morning I get my receipt reflecting the correct amount that I booked the room for. The next day, I was charged a second time for the same room, this time for over twice the amount that I booked the room for! I spent two weeks calling the hotel, being told I would receive a call back. Apparently the only person that works there that can refund an incorrect charge is the general manager and she is never there. I had to dispute this with my credit card company and am still dealing with this. It seems like the 5-10 minute wait in the lobby has turned into me dealing with a fraudulent charge for the last month. Seriously, unless you want to pay three times what the booking says the room should cost, stay somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Booked wheelchair accessible room 7 months ago with plenty of instructions and conversations that it would be a wheelchair accessible room with roll in shower. Get here and I do not get a wheelchair accessible room nor a roll in shower which I will be staying here for 4 days now. All of the efforts I simply put in place month after month to clarify that I would get a proper room seem to have been ignored. This is one of the worst hotel experiences I've had and I hope some lazy ignorant lying responses do not continue here or any other locations. Gal at the front desk was very helpful trying multiple rooms for me though.

Starting at the front desk: staff is very friendly and helpful. Able to get a hold of manager if need be. Willing to help and find a solution. Room: Clean and updated. Appliances in room (coffee maker, mini fridge…) work great. Restroom was clean. Linen was clean. Pool: Clean. Unbelievable how the staff are able to keep up with the constant need for towels. Breakfast: basic but good. Again, staff was able to keep up with high demand. Area: lots of quick eat outs available to the area. Definitely one of the best stays due to the amazing staff.

The fitness center is open to one person at a time. The pool is open from 9 AM to 9 PM and is open to six people at a time.
