We had a wedding party that stayed at the hotel. the heat in one of the rooms would not turn off, it was looked at three separate times to try to fix it. It remained at 74° when it was 90 outside. The restaurant/bar was not open or available. The outside patio was not available to be used. But the staff tried very hard to be helpful but this hotel definitely needs a lot of work done to it.

The overall hotel was decent enough and the room was clean. There was a softball team staying here that was incredibly loud in lobby when I checked in at midnight so there was some concern that might affect our nights sleep but fortunately enough didn't hear a peep even though we were staying on the same floor as the team, i mainly just felt bad for the guy that had to work all night trying to keep them contained. Unfortunately all of the positives are immediately negated by the "curtains" in the room. They are barely even that as they are see through so as soon as the sun came out we were awake. I cannot recommend a hotel that is designed to prevent a good night's sleep.

Was not pleased or satisfied with the customer service from this hotel. Stayed with a group of friends for the Rockies game and when we got back to the hotel, a couple of our friends didn’t have their hotel key and the front desk associate was refusing to let them in when we were in the front lobby telling him they were with us and they just forgot the keys to get in. He then yelled at us and said he was going kick us out, I asked for a manager multiple times and was told “you’re just going to have to deal with me”. I do not recommend if you’re staying for an event with a group of friends. Never will be staying here again.

Excellent place with more than reasonable rates and an extraordinary breakfast for paid guests. Great coffee with the breakfast as well. Not sure who the cook was but he knows how to get it done. Truly was a good stay. Only minutes to Denver and easy access to I-25.
