This place is terrible. The property management company greystar is trash. The grounds were never clean. Multiple broke down cars taking up already limited parking. The move out proccess is very annoying and the front office is worthless. When I moved out I was charged for "missing keys". I was told to put the keys in the drop box at the office and that's what I did turned in 4 keys (2 house and 2 mail) as well as 2 fobs. I was charged $10 for mail keys and $50 for a fob. When we contacted the office of their mistake they said they never recieved mail keys or fobs. So if you turn you keys in don't do it in the drop box because they will just take your money. Make sure to hand it to the front desk and then maybe just maybe they won't try to take your money.

All the positivity in this review are simply for the office manager and the maintenance worker Paul. We have had a lot of maintenance issues, several that were major and took a long time but I understand that they were very expensive and also there has been a delay due to parts. This was, of course, very frustrating but the office manager has seemed genuinely apologetic and reached out to me directly which I very much appreciated. The maintenance worker Paul was very personal (in a good way) and genuinely cares. The fixes that we have had done quickly and correctly were all due to him. I have lived in two different apartments at this complex, one that was great with only one small leak issue and then one with major problems. The older buildings need help, but the kindness of management makes up for the issues.

Kathy and Freda are the best . Who ever is running the employee s is doing a bad job . you have a woman walking doing more then the guys riding the carts. Leasing is great , grounds are great .
