I'm a driver that comes here on a near daily basis. Almost every time I'm here, the office staff is either on break or take an hour to do a shift change. Today, 6/21/22 the people working the window threw their signs in the window and proceeded to sit at their desk for 15 minutes ignoring the shipping office full of drivers before walking away without a word. The amount of unprofessionalism at this company is astounding

It's a warehouse. DHL supply chain is different to DHL Express Courier. It's the same company, but they do different service.
