I put in a request for a new AC unit (or to have the old one currently in my apartment refurbished) a month ago. My apartment has been getting so hot that the linoleum is warping, and it's regularly 85° in my apartment at 1 am, when I get home from work. Last week, I went into the office to ask about the status of the work order I placed via email. I was told that they just got a BUNCH of new AC units in, and that I should be getting mine replaced either that day (Wednesday) or the following day. This morning I wake up to an email asking how satisfactory the work done was. NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE. It's currently 90° in my apartment with the curtains drawn and the AC running for a full day. Not to mention the busted outer doors to my apartment building. Or the graffiti.

Prospective-renters beware. Know what you are getting yourself into by seeing the apartment in person. The photos are deceptive and the floor plans on the website are misleading. I have a “remodeled” unit and they invested more in upgrading the website than the apartment. It’s not worth what they charge even if you are desperate. Unless you aren’t bothered by having to bag up everything from cabinets/drawers in the bathroom/kitchen twice in 7 months for pest control and with filthy hallways and not having fully operating laundry areas. You can do better.

Would NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Office staff are very negligent and hard to get ahold of. I have been calling and battling them for going on 3 months the beginning of June to get rent back that was taken out AFTER my lease was up. An attempt to have me pay for cleaning that was not done in the apartment prior to me moving in. Repairs were never done(screen door to patio was broken since the first week or so I moved in, made a maintenance request once a month at least and only saw 1 or 2 guys the whole time) my tub had water along the bottom for almost 3 weeks before they sent someone to fix it. Reeks of cigarettes and the fire alarm in the building went off at least once a week. Only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the neighbors. There is alot that needs to me fixed with the staffing team and nothing seems to be changing or even attempted change.

If I could give a zero I would. The place is infested with bed bugs and roaches. I have pictures of their garbage cans overflowing with trash. No wonder they're infested.The buildings are in horrible condition. The staff is full of liars. Juanita is a joke. Management allows her rude behavior. She's hung up on me, slammed doors in my face and flat out lied about things she's said. I've called and complained soo many times and nothing gets done about it. DO NOT MOVE IN TO THESE FILTHY APARTMENTS!!!!
