I cannot say enough about Leslie and her Inn. We stayed at the Ironbound Inn from July 16 through July 18. I wish we would have added a couple more days. The stay was very comfortable and the room was very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant the night we arrived. Since we were guests and did not have a reservation, Leslie accomodated us and we were able to be seated within the hour. Dinner was wonderful! Everyone was very attentive and our waitress was fantastic. I loved the morning coffee and muffins. Talking with the host (I cannot remember her name) was great. She was originally from Bar Harbor and gave us some information. Before you venture out to any destination talk to Leslie first. We ate at the Jordon Pond restaurant and wished we had talked to Leslie first. Not all that great. We had a great experience. Thank you.

Lesley was a wonderful host and had lots of great recommendations on things to do and see. Dinner was amazing too

The restaurant was such a surprising little gem. We had such an excellent meal, splitting the queso fundido, local oysters, haddock pie, mussels and fries, and cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Was one of the best date nights of our year. The food was absolutely amazing and the ambiance was great. I have never in my life tasted scallops this delicious. The burger was cooked perfectly and the creme brulee was eaten without an to pictures out of just enjoying the moment. We don't get to go out to dinner as much this time of year so I am very grateful for the whole experience. I believe our servers name was Nancy she was great as well.
