Ordered roofing materials to be delivered 8 days before job . Was told they weren't in stock at there store but had some at other store and would be no issue getting them there in time . So day of job I drive 2 hours 15 minutes no materials on site . I called office and they said we don't have them in stock so we cannot deliver . I said and noone gets a phone call either the home owner or myself. Anyway we got another brand of shingles that were 3 $ more a bundle and for the inconvenience they were going to still charge the 3 dollars. $78.00 total and roof was open . After the homeowner complained and myself they did take the 78.00 off . It should of just been done and shouldn't of been an issue or shouldn't of even had to come up . As a business owner of 30+ years and having to deal with customers and also building supply stores this first impression will go along way to say the least .

We used Viking for all of our building products when we built our new home last year, and will continue to use them for our landscaping materials. We tried a place in Holden and were very unhappy with their service and I won't make that mistake again. Viking values our business! Special thanks to Charles who moved an unsafe pallet of flagstone for us for free that another company delivered! :)

Very good. Great selection of anything I needed. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Worth driving futher to make it a 1 stop trip. Prices are comparable or less.
