Maria and I first visited the Crocker House 33 years ago on our honeymoon. We have visited in the intervening years on our anniversary and the Inn is always so wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We always have a game of horse shoes and a walk around the point. It is amazing that the Crocker House has been so consistently great for all these years. The food is delicious and creative and the Inn is always inviting. It is a place of special memories for us and I suspect for many others, as well.

Always an amazing experience, Laura is my favorite server she makes it so memorable every time me and my hubby go there. We try to go there once a week definitely a must for everyone's date night. Definitely try to make reservations everything on their menu is amazing.

Crocker House has my five stars for it's great menu, excellent preparation, and super staff. However, their two dining rooms have all hard surfaces so the noise created by conversations at other tables becomes overwhelming, especially with large parties. Based on that alone, their "ambiance" only receives three stars from me. It's unfortunate because everything else at the inn speaks "quiet and romantic". I do love this place and will be back, but I think I'll ask if there are any large groups seating close to my reservation time!

Our stay at the Crocker House Inn began with a personal greeting from our gracious host, Joshua. He took the time to show us around the inn and to our rooms, making us feel very welcomed and informed about our stay. Joshua is also well-acquainted with some of the best viewpoints and hikes of this area, which we greatly appreciated being that my cousin and I had never been to Maine. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was very satisfying and much appreciated before long days at Acadia National Park. The omelette of the day is quite filling and delightful, but I personally preferred the blueberry pancakes (made with wild Maine blueberries!). The steady coffee and water refills were also much appreciated. We were inspired by other reviewers to try dinner at the inn, and we were not disappointed! I ordered the scallops, and my cousin ordered the seafood pasta. They were both great selections with very filling portions! Our only regret was that we couldn’t finish it all (but man did we try). We ordered the lemon blueberry cheesecake to round out our evening of good eats, and it was mouthwateringly marvelous. I highly recommend it. I look forward to the day that I am back in Maine and am once again a guest at the Crocker House Inn!

There is no lift that I am aware of. Typical staff will help folks with baggage as needed.
