Delectable home-cooked breakfast (a quiche made with eggs laid by the hens they raise, homemade scones, and fresh fruits); a most hospitable hostess (Noel); and charming ambience made our stay at this quaint bed-and-breakfast inn memorable! Thank you!

Had a horrible stay here last week, my wife and I should have known what we were in for when we arrived to an empty parking lot and all the doors were locked and the place was in shambles. Long story short..... when the hostess did arrive later after we called, she was very rude. And that unfriendly attitude continued whenever we encountered her. There is a reason this place was deserted when most the other spots in town were buzzing with guest. I'm sure they don't get repeat guest at this inn.

Rude as hell. We booked this room and drove 3 hours to get there only to be told by the most unfriendly front desk person that they have cancelled our reservation because I did not have a billing address listed, and that the room Would not allow for 2 adults and a child. She was mean to my kid, and unhelpful. She had shut and locked their doors. When my husband went back to clarify, she wouldn’t even open the door. Luckily We got our money back.

We visited Strawberry Creek Inn in September and truly enjoyed our stay. We stayed at the cottage, which had a great kitchen, country style decor, clean washroom and comfortable bed and hot tub on the second floor. The breakfast and morning coffee were delicious; great warm welcome to wake up to when far away from home. We were glad that we opted to include breakfast (the cottage does not come with breakfast and we had to pay $20 per person per day), definitely worth it! They truly put a lot of effort in using high quality ingredients. The first course was homemade marinated fruit salad and homemade baked pastry. We loved the scones. Second course was a specialty dish made daily; egg puff with herbs, bread pudding, peach French toast, etc. The grounds are well maintained and are so serene. They have plenty of nice and shady sitting areas, we especially loved their wood swing. I loved reading in the hammock, under the shade of the tall trees. On the premises they have chicken coup and we enjoyed walking by it every morning and seeing the chickens. The main house is charming and it has a ton of stuff to look at; small library with relaxing music playing in the background, comfy seating areas to enjoy an afternoon coffee and lovely indoor plants. The Inn is close to town, about 10 min walking and maybe 2 minutes car ride, which was very convenient. The staff were great; very friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay and we cannot wait to go back. I highly recommend this place!

Usually it is clear and it mostly rains around the inn. You get snow as you get to higher elevations.
I would say no, with the drought there's not much moving water
If you ask them to help you make a reservation that fits your needs, they'll just tell you to use the website.
