Had a seizure on 9/8 and was rushed to this hospital. The red haired nurse in the ER gave me the best care imaginable. They all were pretty amazing on caring for me. Thank you.. ☺️ Unfortunately, I lost my silver Queen Esther ring imported from Israel…😩

The only reason why I give it two stars is for the actual associates that were good vs the rest. Throughout the two weeks of being there we only had two good nurses (Amanda-overnight, and the other nurse I don't remember her name but she was the only nurse that with us in the Jones Tower and Harris Tower) there was only one really good Nurse Technician (Kylie) she came by even when she was assigned to that side, she was checking inventory but she came by to check and asked my husband how is was feeling. The only really good Doctor we had was Dr. Sana Omair, she was the only one that really examined my husband to check his weakness and actually explained the tests results thats very sad she was the only one since we had over 10 doctors that were actually listed on our chart.. The above employees where the only ones that actually gave you the impression they got there degree to actually help people. The other employees we had always made you feel like your a bother, when asked one nurse for pain meda as my husband was in much pain (when asked she was sitting at her computer talking to a nurse tech) she told me okay I'll be right there, I stood outside the door and left the door open she had the audacity to continue her personality conversation.

Never underestimate this hospital...They treat people poorly especially in ICU unit. Never seen such mistreatment in my life. Senseless Carerness of Nurses, Technicians, Doctors, Case Workers. Truly have to advocate for yourself and loveones, if you don't they will let you die ..

I wanted to write this review for Ms.Patricia of Environmental Services came into my mom’s ICU room and gave me the greatest encouragement. I really needed that encouragement. She told me about how her mom is a walking Miracle. I was really down and she uplifted me. I want to thank her and hope she seeing this! I think GOD sent her to me

At the main entrance, you can pull up and sit for a short period. It’s a one way, which works out.
It is in the main building entrance between the gift shop and the cafeteria
You can park on 1325 Pennsylvania
They charged me almost 8,000 thousand dollars for vaginal delivery, but apart from the baby they were almost 2,000 thousand dollars. I relieved myself in October 2018, excuse me and they give it in payment at the hospital.
Contact admissions office and they will pre register you and explain if you need any pre testing or xrays before.good luck sir.
E. R. Is a bit hit & miss. Due to cuts to affordable care act try the country hospital "J.P.S." Urgent Care Unit
We encourage you to discuss this with the care team of the patient in question! Thank you, --Katie, Texas Health
I would think you have to talk to your primary doctor first.
I believe no one under. 12 but may have changed.but I believe they can't go into where it's icu.
Not that I know of, but doesn't hurt to ask them.

It has very useful information that includes numbers, services offered, and a wonderful map of hospital and parking areas. They also provide a complimentary shuttle service as well as valet and includes both of their contact numbers as well. https://www.texashealth.org/fortworth/patients-and-visitors/
Tarrant County
Check with inpatient medical records or radiology to request copy of scan and results .
This Q&A isnt for medical diagnosing. You would need to be seen by medical staff. Many things could cause this. If you feel that its urgent you can dial 911 or have somebody bring you to the ER. Do NOT attempt driving as you may easily pass out at the wheel.
1201 Fairmount Avenue
Would depend on insurance, you can call your insurance company and ask them if THR is in network or not. For most insurers out of market costs more.
I don't think so I think they are all traditional closed machines.
Yep, decent food too. Out of all the hospital cafeterias, THR is the best IMO
0645 in the morning and closes at 1900
Park at the Harris Center Parking Garage, located at the corner of 6th and Pruitt. Harris Tower is directly across the street from the garage. When you enter the main entrance, find the security officer at the info desk. They can direct you toward your destination. Harris Tower is the only one with escalators, if that helps.
You will need to go through registration 1st, but likely you will be in Harris tower on the oncology floor, floor 7.
7AM - 7PM No admittance after 6:45 PM and they're strict with this so be prepared for it Also if you're going to be staying to be with a patient make sure you get a bracelet for that or you won't get back in without it Also after 7PM you can only enter by the main entrance which is located at the back
Harris center visitor parking is closest. You would take Pennsylvania Ave to 6th Ave, then Pruitt street and you'll see from there. Hope this helps.
Go to texashealth.org career section
I don't know, I am installing elevators in the new building
How do I download what I was seen for on a certain date,añd what my diagnosis was
Go to main entrance and they will help you. Park in the parking garage on Henderson
We encourage you to discuss this with your care team! Thank you, --Katie, Texas Health

I was able to visit my mom 3 weeks ago but not sure if this has changed since the virus #s are rising...
6th street
Jones tower
DFW would the the closest as far as commercial, there is a small airport in North Fort worth, but I believe it's mostly private.
I liked parking in the lot close to Pennsylvania Ave near the valet

I know u can wear it afterwards. The only reason I would think u couldn't, would be sanitary reasons. Definitely call. That's a good question. You've picked a very good hospital! I had my daughter there in October of 2003. I didn't feel a thing! They kept me very comfortable and the nurses were awesome!
Find out which tower you are going to and that will make it easy
They have 20 minutes parking. And valley other than you taking a chance on the streets which is cross the street by Texaco
Oklahoma, California and some others but nowhere in Texas
Southeast side of the main building. Cross from the main parking garage, go south into the doors that say after hours labor and delivery.

We did not get valet parking
Funny! I was in the hallway too, 10 months ago. Near death with pulmonary embolism (I sure wasn't texting on my phone). They SAVED MY LIFE that day plus 9 more days in ICU. They ABSOLUTELY would not let you die in the hallway. Be easy on 'em. They go unappreciated far to often. THANK YOU Harris Hospital.

I am sorry to hear about your dad and hope he has gotten better. For all future references, this Q&A isnt for medical diagnosing or assessment. It is only to assist those with questions related to the facility itself. For example, parking that may be available or whether they offer valet parking etc.

ICU's generally have visiting hours in order to promote patient healing. You would need to contact Information Desk at the following number to see what the hours are 817-250-3000
It is best to try and adhere to the visiting hours posted, unless emergent of course, because this helps promote patient healing. Your loved ones need rest and during the day it can be very exhausting for patients, leaving night time as the main restful period. It provides the most opportunity for a decent rest. Families of patients tend to often exhaust themselves too and placing visiting hour limits also helps them by ensuring they get a good nights rest as well.
If I were indeed in pain and had a medical reason for said pain, I would certainly not hesitate whatsoever to be assessed in their ER, or ANY ER for that matter. It is your life, your health, and I would not care what anybody thought. You have a right to be seen WITHOUT being patient profiled! If this becomes an issue at any facility be sure and contact a patient advocate...many facilities have direct numbers for them. This one included.
