Some of the nurses and doctors here are careless. Why go into the medical field if you don’t care about patients and their needs, act dismissive, and aloof? I get it, you guys don’t get paid enough, well find another profession that’s worth your time and let the people who actually love helping people get a chance.

Worst customer service ever. I was put on hold twice while I was in the middle of a sentence and the lady gave me so much attitude for no reason and offered no apology. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Dr. Duffy and team of nurses treated me terribly. I am a nurse practitioner and was so disappointment in my treatment. I came with acute nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, shaking, vasovagal syncope episodes and was quickly rushed out to be discharged with labs or any investigation as I was labeled to have "withdrawal symptoms" from medication. I was so sick my husband had to advocate for me to get labs checked and IV fluids. The doctor sat at the nurses station with his feet on the desk and other nurses walked by watching as I laid on the floor of the emergency room shaking because they would not provide me a place to lay down and only had a chair. They told me they didnt have a place for me to lay so I would have to continue on the floor if I needed to lay down. I have never been so quickly labeled as something I am not and treated as basically trash when I was having acute symptoms and feeling TERRIBLE. Eventually after the second shaking and vagal episode where I was again on the hard floor or the ER I was put in a stretcher in a hallway and given some nausea medication and IV fluids. Not only was I treated like trash when I felt miserable, I was completely disappointed in the lack of compassion from the staff. The physician also did not bother to assess my abdomen or do any kind of physical assessment. I understand burnout in the ER can be real but I will NEVER go back or suggest for anyone I care about to be seen here.

Went to the ER friday night to be sent hom and said take this nausea medicune and yourll be fine for my husband to get worse and come back Saturday and the freaking doctor got us confused with a different patient on to of that it took roughly 2 hours for the doctor to even see us while in the waiting room he hear that the doctors discharged two patients even though those patients where in the waiting room waiting for the freaking doctor that's simply crazy. After getting a room and actually seeing the doctor and seeing how he got us confused with a different patient we knew immediately we wanted someone else and so we asked for a second opinion. Which was probably the worst thing considering the staff we encountered in the hospital itself which is entitled to a whole other review on the actual hospital page
