This is the 1 year anniversary of my mom falling and cracking her head open because of their negligence. October 17th and October 27th will never be same. I love you mom❤️ I do not want this place to forget her name, Jean Davis. I hope everyone involved remembers so it won’t happen to another person. My mom DIED because of their incompetence. My mom suffered from dementia. She was sent here under a court order because she had suicidal ideations at her nursing home. They sent her there to regulate her medication. She was a fall risk that was noted in their notes. During her time at this facility she fell and fractured her foot. She took another fall while under their care and split her head open causing a brain bleed. She DIED 10 days later.

Not a good partner to work within the geriatric community. Worked all day to get a patient admitted to be told at 4:45 in the afternoon they could not take this particular patient because they said he was a high fall risk (because of one reported fall). In my experience most geriatric residents are fall risks- so why would you advertise that you are a geriatric psych facility, when you deny someone much needed services. Staff did not communicate with me, had to send several faxes because they forgot to tell me paperwork they were needing. I found Mayhill is much easier to work with!

They certainly do and are under investigation in two separate instances for improprieties….As well as the staff of nurses says the administrators here are constantly working for their own agenda at any costs. I’ll be making sure to make some noise for this place.

There were no visiting hours as it was during pandemic while I was there for 9 days. Terrible hospital, felt like a prison. Do not go there!

And will they listen to there patients Because i been in a hospital where they don't listen to the patient

No they will not as they are currently still being mismanaged and their corporate owners have done nothing but collect money from insurance companies and people for care that doesn’t meet the legal standards and under two investigations for Medicaid fraud or over billing. I’m sure that’s going to play out well, the chickens have come home to roost and a nurse told me they can’t keep staff and the people they do have, the admin abuse and overwork. This nurse even told me the woman in charge is clueless as to how to do her job and cares only about her bonus being made. If I had known I’d be putting my husband into such insane asylum conditions and lack of care and staff but paying and insurance getting bilked like this, I wouldn’t have. This is one mistake I can fix.
