No they will not as they are currently still being mismanaged and their corporate owners have done nothing but collect money from insurance companies and people for care that doesn’t meet the legal standards and under two investigations for Medicaid fraud or over billing. I’m sure that’s going to play out well, the chickens have come home to roost and a nurse told me they can’t keep staff and the people they do have, the admin abuse and overwork. This nurse even told me the woman in charge is clueless as to how to do her job and cares only about her bonus being made. If I had known I’d be putting my husband into such insane asylum conditions and lack of care and staff but paying and insurance getting bilked like this, I wouldn’t have. This is one mistake I can fix.
Yes and no. They are currently understaffed and this affects the tech's ability to work efficiently. The main patient hub is usually empty so you must flag down someone to speak to them.
Yes. In my opinion they do. I am the weekend Phlebotomist there and they are attentive. They only have problems if the patient is uncooperative.
