I am in agreement with the other's answer and don't confuse Camper World with McClain's RV.
I cannot answer this question since I don't work for McClain's. It could be that they don't have someone to answer the phone today and all the salesmen are busy. My only suggestion is to continue to try. Good luck
The top lock can be opened with a master key. The deadbolt will require a locksmith
