I recently purchased an Alliance RV fifth wheel toy hauler from ExploreUSA in Ft. Worth Texas. There are some things I am very disappointed about this purchase now. First, when our salesman Waylon Perryman was showing us the model we purchased he told us that both 30 gallon gasoline tanks would be filled, which they are not. Probably my fault for not getting it in writing thinking we live in the area where an agreement and handshake still mean something. Second, we were told by Waylon Perryman that the model we were looking at would be the same as what we would be getting except for the paint job on the outside. The one we were shown had fold up/down wings on the center kitchen island which this one does not have. It makes a big difference in how much counterspace we thought we had. Third, we went to the Dallas RV show (we didn’t know about it) the weekend after we purchased our RV and saw that the same model we purchased had been marked down $30,000 from what we paid. Also that there was a $2022 rebate on the 2022 models. I am sure Waylon Perryman knew how discounted that the RVs would be at the show but declined to mention that or the rebate as he said we should get a 2023 model. I am sure it is so he gets a bigger commission. For a difference of $30,000 I would have been happy having a 2022 or that has been sitting on the lot or waiting another week to buy. I feel ExploreUSA’s business practices and/or Waylon Perryman’s are very deceptive and I will be posting many reviews of this buying process in the many RV groups on Facebook, Instagram and other social media sites naming Waylon Perryman as the salesman. I have emailed both the dealership and Waylon directly and called and have not received a response. Very poor customer service from them. If you still decide to do business with ExploreUSA avoid Waylon at all costs. Snake in the grass!

They don't get back to you and explain or even try to sell. Apparently the salesmen make enough money on the shows or they just don't want to make a deal. We'll never try them again. They text us after I asked after almost a week of waiting that we didn't qualify for the RV we wanted. Then I tried to call the salesman to find out why, they wouldn't answer then text a little while later and said they didn't know anything and we'd get a letter

4 months ago I bought a Vilano fifth wheel from these guys and a $7000 warranty. I got a call the day it was suppose to be delivered saying that their tech wrecked into my RV with another RV. They said they would repair it and it should take less than 10 days. It ended up being 2 months. I tried to get out of the deal with BOA but they refused. When RV was delivered there was no water pressure and the city water wouldn't work at all. I called everyday for a month to get it repaired but was given the run around every time. I have left messages with multiple people and went up there and still no results 2 months later. I have spent close to $3000 on repairs just to be told these problems were caused by the wreck. The warranty I was told would fix any problems that accure was a complete joke. RV complete would not cover 15% of the cost to repair. I have since hired a lawyer to deal with the damages they caused. Avoid this place like the plaque. Worst experience I've ever had buying anything.
