Went in today at 1:45 for a pedicure. They weren't busy at all. Was seated quickly and started right away. Very kind and professional, always have been. Have been going to Castle for at least 7 years.

staff was on her phone while doing my nails and couldn’t help me find a nail color match for a nail i needed fixed and decided to use nail glue on my natural nails when it wasn’t even broken and it went all over my skin, i have been going here for 3 years and have never experienced this bad off service i will not be returning again. Owner was also rude and judge mental.

Lady didn't ask what type of pedicure I wanted she just started... Didn't listen when I told her what I wanted... No for massage and a few rubs on my legs... cut my great toenail way way shorter than the other one... Chair was broken and didn't massage...Design on great toes looks like a kindergarten kid did it... Then she's doing my eyebrows and she dropped wax on my eye lashes and I thought she was going to push my eyeball into my skull trying to get my eyelashes unstuck!!! When I showed manager my toenail he said "that's your nail" 🤦😳😳😳
