Marcus is a class act - very thorough and personable. He captured 360 photos of the entire house, thermal imaging, videos, and standard photos of all of his findings with a detailed report attached. Marcus takes extra time to go over the report and explain complex findings in a simple, easy to understand manner. Thank you for all of the excellent work that you have done on my house and on the houses of my family members. The results speak for themselves every time.

There's no rule here. Of course, you and the home inspector must attend the day of the inspection to check that everything's fine. Some house sellers ask to be in the review, but as you hire the service, you can decide who attends and who doesn't. We don't recommend inviting friends and family to the inspection because they may subjectively influence the final decision.

There's no perfect house; all homes have some point of improvement or some repair to do. A house inspection intends to reveal the potential buyer repairs that it will have to do in the future. Is it ok to perform a home inspection myself?

Buyers try to remain alert to the details and possible problems that the house to buy may present. Some of these problems are easy to identify: torn walls, old furniture, unmaintained ceilings, or abandoned gardens and pools. However, other elements are not visible to the inexperienced eye, which can be in poor condition and that one must consider before investing in your future house. We recommend doing your home inspection with an experienced company to ensure that the house is in optimal conditions and help you make a conscious choice.
