For what SERVPRO did accomplish, they did a great job. BUT.. and this is a HUGE BUT... SERVPRO KITSAP COUNTY IS AN ORGANIZATION/COMPANY that has no problem LYING to their customers and then not owning up to the lies, SERVPRO motto is "LIKE IT NEVER HAPPENED" That is their BIGGEST LIE. I had a signed contract for Remediation, clean up and restoration. SERVPRO walked away from the project after stripping my walls and ceiling, drying out the damaged area and REFUSED TO FINISH THE JOB. Their reason,,, at least one of them was "they were too busy" SERVPRO continued to lie to me over and over as to why they would not satisfy the terms of the SGNED CONTRACT. I have EVERY EMAIL and so do they.. I do not recommend them at all.

Professional knowledge was very evident by the team leader who was displaying strong leadership skills to the other team members by sharing his knowledge. Set us up great for the rebuild process.
