Placed an online order for the Kitsap Way location. Went through the drive up, gave my name for the order. I was told they didn't have it. I pulled up to the window so the people behind me could order. I sat at the window and the guy ignored me. I made the comment if he was going to talk to me and he just kept on taking orders and making drinks. I went into the lobby and after about 10 minutes the drive up guy asked if I just wanted to place another order. I checked my bank account and had already been charged, so I told him no since it was almost $50. A few min later, someone else found my order. It still took awhile for it to be ready. Then I had to remind them there were drinks. This entire process took about 40 to 45 minutes. It wasn't just me, others in the lobby were also having to wait for parts of their orders and the restaurant wasn't as busy as it normally is. I can also understand if the crew is new and learning, but watching it didn't seem to be the case. Also, this isn't the first time there has been a problem, it seems like every time there is something, I have to go back because they forgot something, or it's not correct. I've finally got to the point I will never go back.

Absolutely awful and never give any extra sauce. Got a side of nacho cheese and there’s barely anything in there, not even half full. No napkins, and sloppy food.

By far the slowest taco bell I have ever been to. It's not a time of day thing it is consistently going at a snails pace. Marginally faster than driving to the next nearest taco bell and then coming back to Kitsap way.

I've been stuck in This drive through for 28 minutes. It's not that busy. They aren't handing out that much food. They are just terribly slow. Don't come here if you need food fast. 28 minutes. I'm not even up to the window to pay yet.

Even though they had adequate staff, they made me wait for a taco and a burrito until they did the people in the cars first.

The franchise has had a really difficult time keeping people at this location or really poor staffing. I placed an online order for pickup in the lobby on a weekday evening and the doors were locked I was confused and maybe thought it was a mistake and 10 minutes later someone came and finally told me that they're too short-staffed to have the lobby open. So I think it's a chronic problem with this location and I might be assuming some of these points but they're likely losing customers unlikely making a lot of angry customers. I've lived in the area for the past 9 months and if you don't go there early in the morning pretty much any other time of the day the weights are extraordinary really long and it's not because there's too many hungry people it's because they're too short-staffed.
Does Taco Bell EVER get your order correct? You wait 30 minutes in line, get home and notice half your order is missing. So you try to call but no one picks up the phone. Really Taco Bell step up your game...you are an embarrassment to all other Taco Bells.
