The food is good and the service is good but like all fast food it expensive if you get it more than 1a month

I bought 2 sandwiches, onion rings and some egg rolls. The first sandwich was about as good it could be; fresh perfectly cooked meat patties perfectly complimented by well proportioned condiments and a fluffy fresh bun. The other, I just about do not know what to say it must have been made for somebody else, hours prior who decided not to buy it. The meat was dried up, near crunchy and the sandwich was not at all fresh. It was a horrible, stale mess of grease with mayonnaise on it. No more Jack onna Box for me!

Good food, and I saw that worker, Aliza run sprint out at break neck speeds to a man his condiments. Absolutely a stellar form and should be in the 2024 Olympics.

Tried to order food here last night around 11:45 pm. Only to find someone’s car parked in the entrance of the drive thru. Someone who pulled up before us had walked around to the drive thru window and asked them what was going on. Apparently the staff felt so “short-handed” that they needed to park their car in the drive thru so no one could get in, and the lobby was closed. So I guess they’re not worried about not making any money on a Saturday night? This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. I’m wondering if the franchise owner knows the staff are doing things like this. I’m livid and will be reaching out to Jack in the Box corporate as well.
