Just was reminded of our experience with Dr. Otero this past year and had to sign on and leave a note. We are in the adoption process and navigating it can be quite challenging at times. We needed an evaluation completed and Dr. Otero could not have been more kind and engaging with us. The process can be tedious and time consuming, but Dr. Otero worked swiftly and with great care for us as individuals. As mentioned in other reviews, she was clear in communication of each step and even when unique things were needed by our agency and the country we are adopting from, Dr. Otero helped us navigate it and was very supportive. Should’ve left this review a year ago!

I hate going to these docs. Seriously. However, the VA sent me for a review. Let me tell you, Dr. Otero is awesome. She explained what she was doing step by step, didn’t treat me like cattle and was PERSONABLE. She gave me great advice going forward, that I am reluctant to take. If she were my doc, I would think about it; but I don’t like most docs. Thank you if you ever see this!

I mede appointment for my daughter and I called 2 weeks later to confirm and the person at phone said that I didn’t even have an appointment and called later. After 3 weeks I call again an the person gave me a lot excuses 😤if don’t want to take care to my girl just say so and don’t make excuses. My girl need help and your service was goin to be paid not given away.

Beware of this con artist! Look her record with the state up before you hire her! She conspired with my X to attempt and frame me as an abuser of my child! She lied in court and refused to produce her records! She later was ordered to produce them which in turns was enough to get her reprimanded from the Texas State Board of Examiners of phycologist. She will side with who pays more and devastate your child in the process!
