Big problems at those townhouses. My sister lives there but I would never buy a place there

I have 5 relatives living there and no one has said anything bad about the place. To me it seems like everyone knows there neighbors and are very friendly to each others.

You have to purchase a unit Then you can move in
The fees are based be on the size of unit you have Its not rent
The complex is very safe. I split my time between charter oaks and California and feel comfortable leaving it empty. I've always felt safe there, been there since 2010.
You can have up to 2 domestic pets. Some breeds are excluded and there is a 50lb weight limit on dogs. I belive reptiles are not allowed
