It was our first time doing soccer.in this league and it started rocky with my son breaking his foot and missing the first few weeks but we finally attended the coach was late for practice and the first game we were lost in the complex and when attempting to text the Coach no response at all so we just got aggravated and just left and trying to contact someone there no one answers or calls you back it is totally unacceptable .

Horrible “volunteer” “coach” Chad Sweeny to name the only one I encountered. I would love if someone would ever call me higher up to talk to myself. I spent 200 dollars on nothing because my son broke his foot and could not attend the first two weeks of practice I was not even mad/upset about this situation. When we came to the first practice and arrived it was the first time even being apart of this “team”. . Chad comes late to practice and even says any questions can’t find it give him a text/call but even to the extent of laughing about how late he was this is acceptable for “volunteers” .Chad was also texting on his phone during practice but I guess since your a “volunteer” it’s acceptable behavior in front of children. So now this is the second time I am coming to the West Seneca Complex and now it’s suppose to be for his first game. I am trying to contact Chad because it is my first year of my son doing soccer and we are new to the complex and where they would be playing. No answers sat in the lot for a hour in my truck why would I lie over nothing I decided to take my money elsewhere. I signed my son up for boxing and loves it. Trying to get ahold of anyone at this complex is horrible. I am still getting chats included since he is a great “coach” with himself mocking me about being a “volunteer” to everything else enough is enough . This is a horrible experience never again.please get “volunteers” that respect kids and answer adults and don’t sit on their phone during practice because people might lie but I am sure I am not the only one with the problem of “Chad Sweeny” please contact me as well. Should take more consideration into “volunteers” hired even for someone to contact me back to listen knowing not going to get my money back would be great especially with inflation and everything else not happy with a service not having my son subjected to it
