This apartment complex used to be a very good place to live. Then they changed management. Yes. The old "changed management" went to hades story! My elderly mother lived there for over 5 years. She is a quiet, and trys to be helpful to her neighbors, she never was late on her rent, not once in the entire time she lived there. She had a garage that was in the "row" of garages, and she wanted to upgrade to an attached garage. With her age and living alone she needed a attached garage. They explained to her the attached garages were "all taken by new residents" My mother and I both think that MOM deserved a attached garage ( seniority and great rental history) but nope. The attached garages were going to the new residents( since that was a BIG incentive to lure new renters) too bad for my mother, they already had her signature on the lease papers. So renter beware, as you will be taking those attached garages away from elderly women and renters who have been living there however long. The new management will need all the good luck cause they are going to run out of those attached garages and their loyal long term renters are gone. My mother moved right across the road and has a attached garage. That's smart management!

Would love to live there. Very good apartments.You don't have to pay for water or 🗑️.The manager does a excellent job and maintenance is very good there. People living there are very friendly and helpful.

My cousin lives here and I have visited many times. The property is pretty and fairly well maintained. Nice, quite community.

Nice area the apartments are well-kept and the price is not too bad for what you get..
