Do not rent here at all. This place is a nightmare and I'm biding the time I will be able to leave here. They don't really care for the buildings, the parking lot is an absolute nightmare riddled with large pot holes that looks as though they will never get taken care of. Damages in the building and nasty a** people within the buildings with unruly children that purposely mess up things in the halls, will leave food on the floors. Hate is a strong word, but I can honestly say I despise this place and can't wait to find somewhere else next year. Prop management is honestly a joke. Send out notices about things, yet really don't seem to follow through with what they preach to us about caring for where you live. This place needs more lights outside for safety reasons and honestly needs cameras outside and inside but very cheap about things.

I don't live here but I deliver here often. It's an absolute rats nest. NEVER deliver here at night!!! The parking lot is atrocious. I hate this place!!!!

I went to apply, sent all my information. Before I went to even see the apartment. They started charging me rent just off my application. I didn't like the apartment, staff was nice but its not well kept. I refused the apartment told them about the charges, thought everything was fine. And I'm still getting charged for an apartment I don't live in. Tried to get ahold of the Holding company ID Clinton LLC, ghost company no phone numbers nothing. This doesnt feel right
