Our independent living apartments are HUD subsidized for those who qualify financially as "low" or "very low" income. The 1-bedroom apartments are 650 square feet. There is a waiting list.

No 2 bedroom units. All 1 bedroom. Yes each unit has its own kitchen and laundry room.

For a regular unit, the head of household must be at least 62 years of age. For a handicapped/accessible unit, the head of household must be at least 50 years of age, disabled, and require the features of a handicapped/accessible unit.
