The place is infected with bed bugs and is a on going problem I know because my friend lives there and has bugs all over him. I just called management to report the problem again 🤔9-12-2022 at 9 am I think they need new management 🤯

I had a client here that I visited often during Covid. Hallways are disgusting and smell like urine. Very dirty common floors/areas. Although the bathrooms weren't bad. Elevators are old, one was always malfunctioning. Office was closed ALOT. Client couldn't get maintenance to come unless it was emergency, which I guess I understand under the circumstances. Weird people there. Someone overdosed one day when I was visiting client. Police were administering Narcan, don't think it worked. Young man, had only been there short time. A lot of older adults with no family to care abt them. Some really need a lot of help but can't get. Some younger disabled adults with obvious brain injuries, and/or mental problems. Pretty sad. Was also given hard time abt wearing my mask. Most residents were not eventhough most were high risk for Covid. They do take dogs at least. Upper floors and Apts Very very hot. Maybe good for older people with poor circulation who are always cold, but, if you run average or hot, you'll be miserable. Halls smell even worse on upper floors. No cameras in stairwells where at least one assault took place. Spoke to victim. I really can't say much good abt the place except I noticed a few residents trying really hard to make it look nice. At least staff let them try. They did great job outside with the flowers and some of the hall decor residents put up was nice. I did enjoy the holiday decor on everyone doors.

I have lived in whispering woods for over 30 years it has been such a blessing the apartment townhouses are in houses all are taken care of very well by maintenance the grounds look great and the management is phenomenal I'm blessed that I've had the opportunity to live here

Depends on what you need. 2 bdroom townhouses (4 family member occupancy seems to come available the most. We waited a year and a half for a 3 bedroom.
No the back is for low income people with kids. The building that the seniors are in also have a lot of different age people living there
