You get what you pay for, but for what I paid this was a great value. It was cricket season, so I had to chase a few crickets that wanted to provide me musical accompaniment as I fell asleep, but overall it is clean, good location, and pretty quiet for a bottom rate motel. Whoever owns this one owns Oasis next door, or has an agreement with them, so if they overbook you get an "upgrade" to an Oasis room. This is nice, rather than having to fight about an overbooking. Has a good sized refrigerator and a 3 burner stove. Though I was just there to sleep after hiking in nearby JTNP. Great value and for what you pay, it is definitely on the high end of quality for that price range product.

NOT THE PLACE TO STAY IF YOURE A SOLO-TRAVELING FEMALE. Lingering, staring creeps made my wife feel extremely stressed and uncomfortable to the point that she felt compelled to book a safer hotel. Front desk rep refused to refund my wife, despite her entering the room and immediately leaving after booking a different place.
