DISABLED AMERICAN FEMALE VETERAN MISTREATED BY THE HOTEL FREDRICK! I’m A 66-Year Old Disabled American Female Veteran who Stayed At This Hotel ON 10-1-2022 thru 10-2-2022. This was during HomeComing Weekend for the Local High School? I was able to get NO REST AT ALL? The Children were RACING up and down the STAIRS all thru the Night and Wee Early Hour’s of The Morning? These Children were just Enjoying Themselves At The Guest Expense, Because I PAID FOR THIS ROOM? This Hotel doesn’t have Adequate Parking and the Additional Parking is in the Back Thru An Alley IN THE DARK? Staffing Complained about helping me with my Luggage? I was Treated like A Red Headed Stepchild and No Monies Was Returned? I was Triggered Having to WALK thru the ALLEY ALONE TO WHERE I PARKED MY CAR? This was the Second Time That I Had To do THIS ALONE? I SAW Homeless People all Around This Facility? I was Treated Awful, Disrespected, Argued With and ACCUSED OF HAVING MONEY and WANTING SYMPATHY?
