Wow just went to Eagle Guns for the first time today. Nice place large selection of guns,ammo and accessories. The staff was very friendly and in no time i was on lane 10. Very nice facility and the lane rental was very reasonable. i will be back.

The range at eagles is 25 yards. Great indoor range with modern equipment. Foothills in Cherryvilleis a great outdoor state ran range that's inexpensive ($10 to shoot all day $5 for veterans and law enforcement.) You still can't shoot steel there tho which makes no sense. You have to go to the 50 yd range and qualify the rifle by getting 3 shots inside a 12" diamond to shoot on the long range. (Qualifications are valid for 3 months.) Check the hours before you go as they change seasonally.

They do not allow steel core ammunition at all. They very likely have ammunition for sale that will work with your rifle and you will be able to use at the range.
