On the 13th of September I had the pleasure of meeting Stuart Rayle ( sales consultant) of Ben Mynatt Chevrolet, I was interested in trading my Chevy tahoe premier for a Cadillac Escalade.Stuart Exceeded my expectations right from the start; He's very knowledgeable. Very easy to talk to,listens to what you want and don't want,tries to accommodate you in any way he can,you can tell he's not just their to make a sale.Oh did I mention I live in Ohio AND my fiance walt and I drove to NC just to look @ the vehicle.Years prior walt had bought a Chevy truck from him and still looks like showroom quality and drives fantastic! He's takes pride in his job and it shows,Stuart:again thankyou so much for everything you did for Walt&I.We're very happy with the Escalade.You make buying a vehicle very easy. I wish car dealerships would evolve like most industries have in recent years. This one uses the typical old school approach to car buying. You sit and wait all day for them to play with the numbers. They didn't answer my question about the interest rate, car price, terms until I ordered them hard for this information. I should've walked out the moment they asked me for my social security number to pull my credit without even showing me one car. Unbelievable experience. I was one of two customers that day, no excuse for wasting my time. I have a large family that buys vehicles every few years. We'll never go to any Ben Mynatt dealerships. You would think after a whole day of sitting there, someone from management would come over and talk to my husband and I or at least thank us for spending our day off in their lobby. Nope, nothing. Terrible customer service.

My fabulous salesperson Gennene went over & beyond to find me my brand new Cadillac XT5. Several weeks ago, in her office we had discussed the details I was wanting in a 2023 XT5. Last week I called & asked Gennene to help me fill out the request to order my car online. She told me it would take 6-8 weeks for my car to be delivered to Ben Mynatt. However earlier this week, looking out of her office window, she noticed that a truckload of new cars was being delivered to her dealership. On that trailer, Gennene saw a Latte colored XT5... she immediately went to her Sales Manager, Kevin, to inquire about the other details of this car. They were exactly what I had wanted! Gennene & Kevin worked magic to get me my new XT5 within weeks. I'd visited another dealership closer to me before going to Ben Mynatt where their salesman told me it would take 6-8 months to get my car & it might not be exactly what I was looking for. I'm thrilled my husband & I drove the 45 minutes to work with Ben Mynatt Cadillac. Gennene listened to me, wrote down my phone number & car wishes. She contacted me when she found my car. Kara, (the Internet Consultant that always answered my phone calls,) was always extremely helpful & very pleasant. The entire Ben Mynatt team worked together in finding the car I'd dreamed of!

Yes we do. We actually carry over 100 pre-loved vehicles t the Chevrolet Cadillac store and another 150 in the company wide system that are available to transfer to the dealership of your choices.

Yes, we have comparable Cadillac to what you are driving available to all of our Cadillac customers for any service they require. Just be sure to request one when you come in if you need one. They are all current model year vehicles with less than 5,000 miles on them. It is the added service we give all of our Cadillac customers

No. We offer a few alternatives. We have a quick lube center on premise for those quick oil changes and we have a full service center with factory trained technicians as well that can provide you with any service without an appointment as well. However; we do recommend for any major service outside of an oil change and tire rotation you call...But we will get you in regardless
