5 star rating for a 5 star experience! Purchasing a ring for your future wife is already stressful especially when you’re a guy like me who knows absolutely nothing about rings. Ellis jewelers and in particular Kory walked me and my now fiancé through all the different options and styles. He explained in detail the value of the different options and gave me confidence in my purchase with a nice digital rendering of the ring. However, the ring didn’t come in as I had planned! It was 90% perfect except one minor mistake thing that I didn’t notice on the rendering that was so small anyone could’ve mistaken it. I spoke to Kory and he sent back the ring and diamond to get another one. This did take time so thankfully I had ordered early on the process but once the ring came back it was perfect. 5 stars because a problem occurred and then was resolved with ease. Thanks to Kory and Ellis jewelers!!!

My fiance and I went to Ellis Jewelers for our wedding bands and had the best experience. Jennifer was so helpful and wonderful to work with. We found the perfect wedding bands . We were just so impressed with the amazing customer service from everyone at the store. The owner Dan was also very friendly and helpful . We will definitely come back .

I have two items, both posters. I would sell one, s Cassandre poster , the other by EdwardBorein which I want to keep. I just want to know their worth.
We take our guests and our staffs health very seriously. We want everyone to be able to shop in a fun and safe environment. We require that everyone wear a mask, if you do not have one, no worries, we have masks for our clients. We constantly clean, sanitize and safely space our staff and guests. If you do not want to come into the store we have curbside pickup , on-line ordering from our website and we can do really fun virtual appointments. If you have special requirements , just let us know, and we will do our very best to safely accommodate your needs.

There's a small depending on the repair needed, they do have a watch repair person for more extensive repair
