Don't make an appointment online, it's a waste of time. Drive 30mins out of my way for my set appointment at 12:30, to be told it was canceled, due to double booked and I could not be seen. CVS has always been a joke.

Came in last week to a WALK IN CLINIC where i found that no one could help me due to appointments had taken all the slots. Come in a week later with an appointment and had to sit there for 30 min past my appointment before i was seen.

Confirmed appointment date and time actually means being told to wait in your car until you are called hours later if at all. No one knows what’s going on except to say “wait in your car until called”. Customer service number is automated and the operator is just a recording that tells you to text message. Awful, and that’s with out ever getting called inside. It doesn’t matter how rapid a test is if you never get it.
