Visited this store to purchase four pairs of shoes for myself and the family. Staff floating around store asking if we needed help were great. However when we went to check out, we ran into issues. I was wanting to pay with an electronic gift card and the cashier was going through the motions as required. The reader was not working properly so a manager was called in for assistance. The manager couldn't get it working and instead of helping us resolve the issue proceeded to tell us we cant help you and to call corporate. Then as we were leaving in a sarcastic voice states your a wonderful person. Frustrating, because I am big supporter of Vans.
