I have been staying here for years , it has been declining for years , this year was actually an improvement over the last 5 or so, rooms were clean, staff was friendly , hotel still needs many repairs and upkeep but looks like they are finally headed in th right direction

Yes
There is a jacuzzi tub in the presedential suite, but there is only a heated pool in the pool for public use.

No it is not. It is dated that is all. I have spent 4 days aweek here the last 3 weeks. I personally have had no issues.
In 2022 they allow dogs. Idk how much it costs.
