Nope, you can ask for one but supply is limited. Staff said this will change in the near future as plans are to add a fridge and microwave to each room.

I would say yes. The room I was in had both & the rooms of others in our group had both a refrigerator & microwave.
I believe that only the suites have them. The standard room does not.
Im not sure. I sharpened there for the Missouri State Quilt Guild retreat. I have never had a reason to stay there, yet.
No. Sweets have them by default. Refrigerators are available upon request for standard rooms, typically at no extra charge. I am unsure if microwaves are available upon request.
