Paid bill in full and cancelled account. 4 months later contacted me saying I owe two more months of payments. I only had them for 3 months they added an additional 2 months of payments and canceled my account 1 month after I canceled it. Out source. Worst company known to man kind.

Mediacom is cable service, and in my situation is under ground. but my recommendation is that unless you have no option whatsoever do not get in bed with this scam of company
Call and talk to retention should be able to get that down
That may depend on your TV. You need to check what your aspect ratio is set on. It can also vary from program to program on the same station. Your television may also have a "zoom" feature, which can cut off the border of some programs. Hope this helps.
If it is not on the modem then they should have given it to u, if not unfortunately u will need to contact customer service.

Powercycle your modem....then try to reconnect your smart t.v. to wifi.
