It is hard to post negative reviews, but I really can't believe what happened. My husband got a quote from Kari on our trade (pending inspection of course.) I was ready to make the 2 hour drive to come see in person, but when I contacted them she told me they weren't interested in accepting trades on that unit. She had my husband's quote on-file, but I was told that during that past week, there were several interested parties without trades. (So pretty much they were waiting on a better deal for them.) I am saddened that the RV industry is doing so good that the integrity of honoring quotes has gone away. We will take our business elsewhere unfortunately. There are many options out there.

Bought a new trailer there. Friendly enough staff. However, after purchase, we found many flaws that needed repair. The service department messed up on some minor repairs and they refused to properly fix our slide-out. We took our trailer to another dealer who did the repairs properly for us. The dealer said, “Gansen dropped the ball on you.” Just be cautious if you choose to do business with them.

We looked had searched all the dealerships that had the specific floor plan we wanted in our travel trailer and found one at Gansen’s. Kari was very helpful when we contacted them and extremely friendly throughout the whole process. This is our first trailer but one will will retire into so it was very important to us and all of the folks are great to deal with. After we drove the 8 hours home we parked it for the night and then had trouble not knowing how to unhook the trailer and weight distribution hitch. Chris was very helpful over the phone and even checked back with me afterwards. They impressed us enough that we will come back when we replace the one we just bought.

Definitely worth the drive! I was skeptical about driving all the way from Colorado, but Kari was great to work with over the phone. We made all arrangements and put down our deposit and scheduled a time to pick up our Rockwood 2096MB. On arrival, we were greeted by Nick who introduced us to Dean and Kari. The whole bunch at Gansen were great! Very friendly and helpful. I doubt we will be buying another RV any time soon as we expect this one to last a long time, but I would highly highly recommend Gansen RV!
