Our salesman Kenneth was wonderful. We told him what we wanted and that is what he showed us. Their service team is excellent and they took their time going through our whole unit to make sure we knew how to operate everything. If you’re ever are looking for an RV go to Bents. A family member bought a used rv. Not only did the person doing the walk through have zero knowledge about the product he was selling, nor did the company have it in them to test the rv with water to make sure there were zero leaks to the exterior. Do not recommend anyone buying used from them unless they get more knowledgeable staff and test products before selling them

Bent’s made the rv buying experience amazing! Perfect service from initial shopping, through financing, and finally the walk through of your new camper! Great experience with everyone. We are new to this whole camper life thing. Zero experience. After purchasing our first travel trailer we also needed a sway bar for our long 1,200 mile trip. We purchased the sway bar from Bent’s RV and had them had perform the install. After installing, they showed me how to hook up and disconnect for use. Jeremy also helped answer any questions I could come up with. The trip was a success. Thanks for all of the help.

Bent's RV follows the CDC guidelines along with the state and local guidelines for South Louisiana. Each morning all of our employees take their temperature as they walk in the door to ensure they do not have fever. If they have fever they are sent home or to their doctor, and are not allowed to return to work until their doctor clears them. We request that all of our customers, vendors, and employees wear a face mask while at our dealership particularly when in close proximity of others. We have face masks at our front door for our employees and visitors if they do not have one. We have sanitizer and sanitizing wipes at our front desk and at our parts and service desk. If an employee reports to us that they have come in contact with a Covid positive friend, we require them to bring us a negative Covid 19 test result based on the number of days required for an accurate test. As our state and local officials alter these guidelines, our guidelines keep with those changes.
