Not sure of the actual hours for the lobby, as what is posted on the door is incorrect. We were there on Sat midday and the staff member informed me that the lobby was closed, as she walked out with a customer. The drive thru was pretty quick, but the chicken was very dry, old.

Well the none in chicken, biscuits, and sides are great. They were hot and fresh. I ordered 4 pc dark spicy. I had to sub for a mild thigh because they didn't have enough. There were no mild tenders for the kids no sandwiches either. The last few times we have went to this location they are out of multiple things. Not sure if it's the food shortage or poor management but it's disappointing. Especially after ordering and then it's said of we are out of these items.

On sunday thru Thursday the lobby is open from 10:00 closes at 9:00 drive thru closes at 9:30 friday and Saturday the lobby is open at 10:00 closes 9:30 the drive thru closes at 10:00.

Yes at times a 30 minute wait time on just chicken at other times its quicker than that
