Worst outpatient facility ive ever experienced.You cant get the help you need staff is unqualified and never there for more then 60 days. They keep you hostage for the mass health billing..Line to window is never under 30 minutes on a good day and instaead of offer help they find ways to crusify you. Break your hippa laws...call dcf under ASSUMPTIONS then go and amend them...they Do not work w people who have jobs they expect you to do what they say no flexability

Dear Mr. King, Spectrum uses only qualified personnel including MD’s, LPN’s, RN’s, Master’s level clinicians and qualified recovery support navigators in our clinics. We do offer an array of therapeutic services including group and individual counseling. Unfortunately we are facing the same challenges as many other providers regarding the shortage of healthcare staff in Massachusetts, however, our program director is a licensed clinician who has been with Spectrum for 8 years.
