We just bought a 2015 Salem Villa. The Detailing done was wonderful it looks like a new camper they did a great job. Cindy was my first contact online when I found the camper. I loved her positive out going personality!!! I would text her for updates and she would text me back the same day she really went all out to keep me updated!!! Daniel was our sales person in the store he showed us the camper and answered questions. Mike is the person who did our final walk through. He really knew his stuff. I had a lot of questions😊He took his time and showed me how to work everything. Finally Josh was our financial guy he was easy to work with and found us some savings. I know this is a long post but I did not want to leave anyone out they have a really good team. Amanda answered the phone when I called the store after a few calls she felt like I was talking to my sister she would take time and just chat and then get me to who I needed to talk to. Thank you all so much for making this a Great experience!!!

Great experience at Camping World. Friendly staff provide quick answers and when answers were not available they did research and circled back with answers. Best part was no high pressure sale schpiel. This provided us time to research on our own and move at a comfortable pace. Better still Brad gave us space as we had a family funeral event that popped up in the middle of our quest, he was compassionate and courteous- having Customer Service like that is a huge plus.

Had winterizing done and unfortunately some damage was done to the camper. CW fixed it and did a good job and did not charge us for the winterizing. We asked for some additional work to be done which they did. Surprisingly good communication with the service manager and team! Much improved from previous experiences with them.

My husband and I have spent the past two years looking for an RV. We’ve been to quite a few dealerships, many of which seemed more concerned about the sale itself, and not our needs. This camping world was one of two places that made us feel like our interests were taken to heart. Everyone we’ve encountered at this camping world has been so incredibly kind! Damn, Danial was awesome showing us RVs and is an all around good dude. Very factual, knowledgeable, and relatable. Brian was our first contact and made sure we were taken care of. Griffin was the numbers man, and took the time to help us understand any and everything financing. All in all, this was a great experience. Would definitely recommend! I *EDIT* So…we got our beautiful RV delivered. Unfortunately, the wrong crew was sent to deliver. There are two “crew” options available. One that does a drop and go, the other that can help you set up the RV. The former (what came to us) is Not allowed to/supposed to back up while hooked up. Which, unfortunately, was not an option as far as our road works and where we needed it. While backing up the front of our new unit was damaged (minor cracks). The real kicker was that our vents were open upon delivery. Meaning that as this thing was stored outside, it was exposed to the elements. Very luckily there was little precipitation leading to that day, the most being delivery day (I think!) However, that was negligent on…whoever is supposed to check that over at camping world. THE GREAT NEWS—These guys have been with us every step of the way So Far. I am very optimistic that they will work their hardest with us to make this right! Will update as the situation progresses.
