Had the first annual service done on our trailer. We had some trouble with the lift jack when we were hooking up. Ed, Rich and another service guy (i didn't catch his name) were so helpful in triaging and fixing the issue, which ended up being a connection on our truck. We had a few questions and Rich was a wealth of knowledge. As we hooked up, he showed us where we were going wrong and taught us the proper way and why. We are safer now driving down the highway! Thank you guys!

Thomas Craig was our sales representative at the Ormond Beach location. He was excellent to work with. Working with Tom was straight forward, no hassle, no haggle. Excellent communication and timely. Quite honestly it all came together rather smoothly and quickly. We were looking to purchase the same model RV from another dealer and thankfully they turned down our final offer. Giant Recreation World quoted us a better discount and a higher trade in value on our RV. Our new RV cost much less at GRW. Frankly I wasted my time with the other dealer. Albert was our sales person. He did an excellent job of showing us the all of the features of the Viking 12.0 TD max. We had not considered this type of unit at all in our exploration of a camping trailer. But when he saw us starting to look at it he came over and showed us all of the features, Including how to set up outside grill and taking the screen door off and replacing it with the travel door. We had just been curious. He was very professional in explaining the cost and financing options. My husband wasn’t ready at the point to commit to purchase and Albert provided us with info about warranty. On the way home I had several questions and his response to text was quick and through. When we came back to purchase Albert handled everything perfectly. We picked up the trailer today and the service department and finance office were great. They all made sure our questions and concerns were answered. They offered suggestions of equipment they recommended we would probably need but no pressure to purchase from them. Would definitely recommend this dealership. And ask for Albert.
