I wish I could pick 10 stars. I injured my foot on the way up to the hotel and Patrick and the staff have been wonderful assisting me. I travel for work all of the time and I have never been treated so kindly by a hotel staff. They have checked on me and have brought me breakfast as I try to get mobile again. The hotel is in a great location and is clean. Again.... best customer service I have ever encountered at a hotel. THANK YOU

The first room my family checked into gave the appearance that it was not clean at first glance. We went into the bathroom and the toilet had stains in it. We were moved to another room and it looked worse than the first one. Walls dirty, curtains dirty we're still not sure if this room was cleaned. The lady that showed us the other room even made a statement that management is thinking about bringing in someone to come in to clean after the house keeping leaves. We had to spray the bed with Lysol just in case. The front desk personnel were not helpful or accommodating at all. Do not stay at this hotel. Very disgusting. If I could give it a zero out of five I would.

Do not stay here. They don't even try to clean the rooms. The bedding is not even washed at all. The bathroom is dirty the front door is absolutely despicable. Just basically no housekeeping supervision under Patrick Patel the manager. As much as it says quality inn this is not a corporate type facility. They do whatever they want and they're not trying very hard but they will take your money. Fraud using the quality inn company logo. Beware and stay anywhere else at the very nice la Quinta and country inn close by. God Bless

Regardless of how many times we visit this place, it's still just as entertaining and adventurous as the previous. The mystery that surrounds this place always makes it seem like something new is to be learned with every time. Food, people, technology and architecture all packed in make it one of our favorite upscale destinations. We had a great stay here. The room was clean and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. No complaints about our stay. I would definitely stay here again.
