This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was clean and perfectly comfortable. The breakfast area was very nice and offered a variety of food and drink to start the day. But my favorite thing about it was the hotel staff. Ericka and Brittney (I hope I spelled their names correctly) were so kind and made check-in a smooth, pleasant experience. They were both so friendly and professional. And the young man who checked us out was also wonderful. I don't know his name, but I appreciated him answering my questions about where to go and what to do in the area. I highly recommend this hotel. From start to finish, it was an awesome stay and a job well done! Thanks, y'all!

The room was very clean and Customer service from Heather was exceptional. I stayed here a year ago and remembered Heather from then. It feels good to be greeted by your name as a diamond member.

Absolutely disappointed.. I called all over Albany looking for a hotel that had a pool that was open. I called here, and they told me that the pool was open, and functional and I get here and this is what we experienced. My 2 little boys were very upset. Shame on you. This is completely unacceptable for the price that you charge. This is a 50.00 hotel at best NOT 176.00

The Staff at check in was nice. There was Pubic hair in the tub and in the towels.The ice machine didn't work on our floor. The room whirlpool tub doesn't work properly. The water pressure in the shower doesn't flow heavy and the hot water heater needs replacing because the water did not get hot. The staff at check was nice.He advise me that his Manger was busy at check out and that she would give me a call back. But she never call the hold day. I am a Diamond member..I travel and use My hilton.com account for booking and never experience these many problems to even not being accommodate some.
