Over the past several months I have seen a steady decline in weight and am currently 6 lbs from my goal! Losing weight gained during pregnancy was so much harder than I anticipated but the dedicated staff at Premier Physicians have helped me *finally* feel like myself again. Medication has been adjusted based on results and I couldn't speak more highly of each NP I've seen. Further, the front office staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful when scheduling appointments which is increasingly rare in medical offices ... Highly recommend!

I want give this clinic 5 stars - most NPs and MAs are wonderful, and the weight loss program is outstanding. I've had great results with the medications - down 15lbs in less than 2 months. I cannot take stimulating medications, and they had options for me. HOWEVER, THE FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS HORRIBLE...EVERY SINGLE ONE. They are not friendly when you enter and are short if they have to give you a B12 shot, literally rushing you out the door. Don't bother asking questions because they will not be helpful or will give you attitude. If you call about an issue with medication or billing, you will have to call REPEATEDLY and state your issue over and over with a different person. A medication I was prescribed was on back order with no ETA. I had to call the office again repeatedly to get this worked out. Also everytime you are seen, you see a different NP. So if one plan is made with one provider, a different provider can change your whole instructions without regard of the original plan. The NP will avoid talking with you and just talk through the already non-helpful front office staff. As a cash pay patient, you pay good money and want decent customer service.

Honestly such a great experience. The girls who work here are super nice and made me feel so comfortable. The NP I saw was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions, even the ones on how to balance my diet with my hard work/school/kids schedule. Recommended them to all of my girlfriends and will def. be back.
