The Staff was nice, did not have to wait long before I was seen and the place was very clean. However, the Dr. was short with me and sent me on my way. I have no complaints about him, however, I wish he would have looked at my x-rays with me and explained what he saw. The office is old and did not have a laptop in room to look at my x-rays that I had on Disc. The rooms have the old light screen on the wall to look at the print out x-rays. Other than than I cannot comment on his expertise since I was only seen for a minute.

The worst surgeon you could go to in Nevada, he ruined my right hand. I had a minor problem in two fingers, where my tendons detached. It was suggested that have surgery. It was meant to be one, simple procedure. “Dr.” Welch himself ensured me it would be. He & his team BOTCHED my surgery, put in some kind of plastic rods inside me; didn’t even wanna admit they messed up. He began to tell me we must prep for the second surgery, where they’ll remove my tendons from my perfectly fine wrist, and put them in my fingers. Which was NEVER talked about, as it was suppose to be one surgery. His answer “Well, that’s why God love put those extra tendons there.” What??? I was 16, I am now 21. Til this day, I still have major pain & complications. I’ve had to become ambidextrous. And because of him, I will need a MAJOR surgery in my life. If your insurance sends you to them, do yourself & don’t go.

I broke my arm in 4 places and dr. Welch repaired it with a plate and pins this was done on March 7th of this year it is now going to be August 1st and I am in more pain now than when I broke my arm I've been to three other doctors and they have informed me that the plate has shifted and that is why I cannot use my arm and the one bone is not healed correctly Witch Doctor Welch never told me he said everything is fine and you're as best as you're going to get well now I have to have another surgery which entails removing the plate and scraping the bones and resetting it which is going to be more intense than when I broke it so I would stay away from dr. Welsh if you don't want to have another surgery by different doctor

Dr Welch is amazing. I saw 3 other Doctors before him nobody knew what they were doing. I had a Total Knee Replacement and Dr Welch was so kind but firm when it came to doing my exercises. My scar is so perfect everyone at PT (that had TKR's) were jealous. He definitely does stuff old school but that's why he is so good
