I have used a few other companies in the past and Holmes has been the best by far. They always sent the same tech which was nice because he knew my lawn and it’s issues well. Also they communicate very well and we’re the first company to keep the weeds completely under control. Would recommend to anyone looking for an amazingly good experience.

Have worked with Holmes for the last two seasons. The team communicates reliably, performs work as advertised, and follows up well. Our lawn looks fantastic and I've been quite happy with the services.

They are great!

Holmes has great service, effective treatments, and a good value. They were not the cheapest option, but for the service and quality, including using (supposedly) eco friendly treatments, they were the best deal. They were easy to contact and always had helpful answers to my questions. Our lawn looks much great and I plan to use them next year too.

No contracts! We do not require you to sign a contract for any of our services. We focus on our quality service, not locking you into a contract. We are pay as you go. We will securely store your debit or CC on file, and simply charge you the day after each service.
The short answer is... Most companies will do 6 visits, but double charge you for your late spring treatment because it has Grub control in it. So with them you are paying for 7 applications, but only getting 6 visits. We actually give you 7 treatments. Plus, You're happy or it's free, Guaranteed! We focus on quality, not Nickle and Diming you.
We do 7 treatments per year, they are typically every 4-6 weeks apart. This includes: - Fertilizer - Weed control - Grub control - Liquid Aeration (at no extra charge) - Liquid Dethatch
We have been in business for over 10 years and haven't had a single issue with pets or children. All we ask is that you keep off the lawn until our treatment is dry. If you or your pets accidentally walk on the lawn. Just wipe off your feet or their paws after.
Liquid aeration is a healthier way of core aerating (poking holes all over your lawn). It creates microfractures in the lawn, allowing the soil to breathe. This lets oxygen, water, and other nutrients get into your soil and root system much easier. The main benefits of Liquid Aeration Vs. Core Aeration are... 1. We include 2 of these for free in our fertilization program. (most others charge you) 2. Liquid Aeration goes deeper into the soil, and it covers the entire lawn , not just where the holes are. 3. Liquid Aeration does not spread fungus from yard to yard. 4. We won't break sprinkler heads with the liquid aeration.
Liquid dethatch gives you the same service as power raking. Which is when someone uses a machine to rake out and haul away the dead material in your lawn. This helps nutrients, water, and oxygen get to the soil easier. Our liquid dethatch organically breaks down that thatch layer without heavy equipment. The major benefits to you are... 1. We include this for FREE in our fertilization program. 2. All the nutrients in this thatch layer are broken down, and fed to your soil. Not hauled away with the traditional power raking.
If you want to see the best results watering your lawn within 24 hours of application will produce the best results. However, if you don't you will be fine, unless we specifically instruct you to water a certain product in.
We recommend that you stay off the lawn just until the treatment has dried. So typically, on a sunny and warm day, it is around 1 hour or less.
Yes, we control mice, voles, and other rodents by putting bait boxes in the landscape. These bait boxes are lockable and safe. We only charge an additional $20 per visit to add rodent control to our pest control program
