Wasn't too crowded. I thought the pool was dirty then I learned it is untreated lake water and that made more sense. Not a fan of swimming in cloudy lake water with algea floating around though. Wasn't a bad experience but I would personally like swimming in a normal treated and cleaned pool.

My experience overall here was okay. The servers at the bar were receptive and friendly, and the wait for food wasn't terrible. The food itself was yummy, as were the margaritas. The pool there was jam packed full of patrons and there was no available seats. My husband and I ended up setting our stuff down on the concrete in a corner so that we could get in the pool. It doesn't seem like there are capacity limits, or if there are that they aren't followed. I'm thinking the reason the pool looked so dirty was because of how many people were in it. I headed down to the private beach as well, which was pretty disappointing. There is no clearly marked trailed down to it, so being in my flip-flops made the rocky walk a little tough as it's a good distance from the park. There's busy boat docks on either side of the beach, so you can't really swim anywhere other than inside of the small barrier that is set up. This would normally be okay but it seems that half of this already tiny area was being taken up by water polo practice for some local team. Overall, I don't really feel we got our money's worth.

Came here for the beach area to enjoy Lake Travis during this very dry summer. Next time we will come prepared to stay longer with a cooler, beach umbrella, and tubes to sit in the water. No outside alcohol allowed, there is a bar right on the beach. Unlike the beach area where there is plenty of room, the pools were very crowded. There is a restaurant, area for sand volleyball, cornholes, and a small stage inside the park as well. Surprisingly, parking was not a problem on a Saturday afternoon.

Love it, Love it !!! Great place to be, very convenient , clean and smart idea to creat mini water park right on the lake. Kids can have fun as long as parents. Lifeguards are watching kids constantly and staff very nice. The water in the pool is straight from Lake Travis, no filter or chlorine, Very warm & clean. It was our first time coming to the resort, looking forward for coming back.

The restaurant is air conditioned....
Parking is like $20 for the water park, and it's like $30 for the day at the park.
Recommend wearing swimsuit to park. Lockers, yes, but community. $10 per day; credit card; PIN code to open. There is a little shop with some refreshments. I think I saw sunscreen and sunglasses.
I do believe if you rent cabin it includes entry.
Access to everything $19.99 /$24.99 (weekend) Seniors, kids undee 42",or only use of beach and pool $12.99 check their website for more info.
If they are well behaved then it is great.
Every Friday and Saturday starting June 15th thru August 4th
No, we are closed until next season
We have a floating dock to the left of the marina.
They have a kid pool that's no deeper than maybe 2ft and an adult pool.
No pets
3rd. 4th is in Lago Vista
Nothing yet other than restaurant being at 50% inside which we were doing anyway. We will keep paying attention to updates as we are sure there will be changes.
Either 2 or 3. I can't rememebr. Yes it was. Episode 4
If you plan to get in the lake, bring water shoes to protect your feet from Zebra Muscles otherwise barefoot is fine.
No,
Only in the restaurant on the patio not in the waterpark.
Coolers are $15 . No alchohol and no glass containers. They will be checked and tagged upon entry. Thank you
Tons of shade not enough sun... Well for me but good thing for u
There is a $4 and a $6 most people got the $6 one and would get a tallboy can of land shark beer I got the $4 band and got a regular 12oz can of Miller light. The bands are your currency while you are in the water. They give you a glow stick to get server attention then you pass your band to them.
Absolutely. Waterpark and restaurant open at 11:00
Jaws is only on Friday and Saturdays. We normally close between 9 and 10 on Wednesday and Thursday. if there is no one there at 9:00, we will close.
They are for alcoholic drinks only used during parties or large events. No, they are not unlimited refills
Not really close by if you want hookups. There is Sandy Creek Park that has no hookups about 3 miles. I think the closest other is La hacienda on Hudson Bend but it literally is the ohter side of the lake. There are some on FM1431 I believe also.
