I have been trying to book here for months. That is the reason it got 4 stars. Everything was excellent except availability. Prices are a bit high, but worth it for location. I just can't seem to ever find an appointment in a reasonable time. Massage was great timing great. Wonderful therapist. Scheduling makes me sad.

Must be a good place(or short staffed), but if I can't get seen when I'm in pain it does me no good. 2 weeks out to get an appointment! Update I sent two emails to the address in the owners response but have not received a reply to my emails.

My wife went there today. While she was undressing the massage therapist knocked on the door and asked if she was ready. She said 3 times that she was not. He then cracked the door and looked in! Maybe he didn't hear her, but there was no apology! She was able to cover herself, but this made her feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! This is very unprofessional. She will be not be using your services again.

We love this place! Hand and Stone goes above and beyond the traditional massage experience by incorporating multiple disciplines in its approach. It offers a safe, comfortable atmosphere that helps you experience some different approaches to getting a massage. The staff is wonderfully attentive and you emerge from your session refreshed, relaxed and better balanced. Highly recommend!
